When and where is the conference taking place?

The NLBHA Conference will be held from August 7–9, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Venue details and hotel block information are available on our registration page at https://nlbha.org/2025conference/.

How do I register for the conference?

Promotores(as) & Students Registration and Group Registration discounted rates are available. Visit https://nlbha.org/2025registration/. On-site registration is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

I’m a presenter/panelist. What information do I need to know?

All presenters should check in at the registration desk at least 30 minutes before their session. A/V equipment, moderators, and session support will be available. Please email your PowerPoint in advance to nlhconference@nlbha.org and bring a backup on a USB.

Will continuing education units (CEUs) be offered?

Yes. CEs for behavioral health professionals will be offered for eligible sessions. Upon completion of workshop evaluations, CE’s will be provided no later than 30 days after the completion of the conference.

Are scholarships available?

A limited number of registration scholarships are available for students and community-based attendees. Contact us at nlhconference@nlbha.org. Travel will be honored on a case-by-case basis.

What travel and hotel accommodations are available?

Discounted hotel rates are available through our conference hotel partner. Hotel info can be found at https://nlbha.org/2025registration/ under the “Hotel Registration” tab. Attendees are responsible for their own travel.

I’d like to volunteer. How do I sign up?

Volunteer opportunities are available! Volunteers receive a waived registration fee and a certificate of appreciation. Contact us at nlhconference@nlbha.org.

How can my organization exhibit or sponsor the conference?

Will sessions be recorded or livestreamed?

None of the sessions will be recorded or livestreamed.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

No refund will be issued. If you have any questions, please contact nlbhafinance@nlbha.org.

Will there be networking opportunities?

The conference will feature a dedicated networking session, highlighted by an exciting Lowrider Exhibit, engaging Poster Presentations, and a serene Wellness Room.

We’re also thrilled to announce our Feria de Salud – Cultura es Medicina, an event open to both conference attendees and the general public. Guests can look forward to booths showcasing local community resources, vibrant music and dancing, traditional healers, delicious food trucks, and much more!

In celebration of NLBHA’s 25th Anniversary, there will be a 25th Anniversary NLBHA Reception sponsored by the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Tourism.
