We know that disparities in access to health care are significant in Latino communities for more that two decades, leading to lower utilization of services and poor quality care. We believe the topics are relevant and important to find out clinical interventions that are cultural and linguistically appropriate. To address these issues, we have invited speakers to share their frameworks, experiences and commitments related to Prevention, Treatment and Wellness. This conference offers a forum to stimulate open learning and dialogue on the needs of Latino communities, and how we, as a community of providers, can work together to address those needs.
