A cognitive-behavioral treatment for children, ages 7- 13, with anxiety. The program incorporates 4 components: 1) Recognizing and understanding emotional and physical reactions to anxiety; 2) Clarifying thoughts and feelings in anxious situations; 3) Developing plans for effective coping; and 4) Evaluating performance and giving self-reinforcement.
