This one day event will convene a steering group of Latino consumer leaders to establish an operating structure and work plan for a consumer driven network to improve the delivery and system of care for Latinos across the country and establish a NationalLatino Consumer Network. The symposium will take place in Los Angeles, California, the city with the largest concentration of Latinos in the US.
This event is invitation only!
Funding to attend this event will be available to members of the Consumer Steering Committee. There will be limited space for other Latino behavioral health stakeholders. Interested individuals should provide a short(no more than 350 words) personal statement describing their interest in this event.

3. The purpose of this event is to create a national Latino consumer network. In your opinion, what role should this network play?
4. How will you disseminate information obtained at this event to local or statewide groups?
5. What role would you expect to play in the network?
