The National Latino Behavioral Health Association and Urban Strategies LLC, on behalf of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, have launched a series of webinars on it's “Ventanillas de Bienestar” (Windows of Well-Being) training and technical assistance program,  to provide support and training to community-based organizations and behavioral health clinics from across the country on effective outreach and enrollment strategies of uninsured and newly eligible Latinos.

Reaching Latino Audiences: Media Outreach and Digital Engagement
